Up for auction is a 2010 toy fair hot wheels car, the '69 CHEVY CAMARO COUPE. I am the original owner and it has never been taken out of its case. really amazing detail.low starting price and no reserve for this super collectible, hard to find hot wheels! A WORD ON TOY FAIR CARS:as you probably know already by ending up here, Toy Fair cars are the most limited and sought after newer Hot Wheels. they are never made available to the public, you have to be one of the few to tour Mattel's private, in-house, annual El Segundo Toy Fair in order to get one. in other words, they are made as swag for the corporate buyers, employees, and other insiders, they are never sold by mattel. I do not know the exact run size (cant find that info anywhere) but from what i understand they are 1000 or less, which in Hot Wheels terms is super crazy limited! in fact (again, unconfirmed, just from what i've been told by those that work for the brand) it is a smaller production run than the factory is even able to make, so they end up destroying half the casts to keep the run that limited. they always have extra special detailing and the coolest paint jobs and printing on them... they are special little cars and the holy grail for any serious hot wheels collector.check my other listings as i will be selling my collection over the next couple weeks.inquire read more
