It's my night to Howl.These special 3 Dairy Sets come in the Purgatory Purple Pearl being auctioned first here and also in Evil Emerald Green Pearl and Ghoulish Gold Pearl. They will be sold individually and/or in sets, first come first serve.A number will be for sale at the Summer Smash and some will be held back for EBay and also sales to Customers through my regular channels. All Products Used Are Exclusively House Of Kolor, Of Course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This HellBound HelloWeen Dairy Delivery is this year's addition to my ongoing Annual HellBound HelloWeen Purple Passion Series to be seen in their 2011 Graphics in a soon upcoming Auction.So, here's the Purgatory Purple Pearl HellBound HelloWeen Summer Smash 2011 Convention Dairy Delivery,The HW Dairy Delivery reveals a load of flaws and flash once the paint is stripped. All those imperfections must go to make way for a good paintjob.First the existing headlights are drilled out for my signature Crystal RhineStone inlay. Many levels above and beyond simple painted headlights, the inlaid Crystal RhineStones shine like real headlights due to their chrome foil backing.Harsh ridges across the nose, scars around the edge of the roof, crud in the wheel wells, window openings and taillight openings, all must be removed during the process of good Body Prep.Thorough Body Prep is everything in making Convention Cars and Customs that stand alone from the rest.Lots of Filing, Sanding and Rubbing down with #3 Steel Wool and she's off to the CadillacPat Paint Booth for Primer.Primered and then the front and rear fenders are shot HOK Tangelo Pearl and taped. The whole body is shot HOK Black, High Resolution Decals are applied and the rear fenders are untaped.The entire body is then shot a specially mixed Purple Pearl Powder and the casting turns from Black to a dazzling Purple Pearl.The Rear Fenders and colors in the decals change. Front Fenders are then untaped leaving them to contrast with the rear fenders.Headlight RhineStones are inlaid while the colorcoat is still wet, then the whole thing is shot HOK Uethane Clear with more Purple Pearl Powder.Interior is changed to HOK Tangelo Pearl, taillights on base are painted and then also clearcoated for permanence.Red Windows are robbed from other Dairys to fit with the whole sinister HellBound HelloWeen theme.Real Rider Rims with Rubber GoodYear lettered Tires are Custom fit to the bases after removing the simple mainline wheels.The Dairys roll fine but would probably not win any downhill races.My Custom Cut Chrome Center Caps are used to give the look of Moon style wheel covers and dress out the wheels for a nice finished Chrome Reverse Rim Custom look.All Graphics are created from scratch except for the Skull and are compiled through hours and hours in PhotoShop.Make sure to see the front and back of the ClamShell Card in the pictures provided.Rivet Reassembly.All of these Dairys come with their double sided card in a nice ProtectoPak ClamShell display.The picture on the front of the card for the Evil Green and the Ghoulish Gold Dairy's is slightly different to correspond with those colors.Okay, as I've said before I like to give the reader some insight into the background of my Con... read more
