MUST SELL! 16 ft wide x 50 ft long floating camp/houseboat. I must sell this camp immediately and my loss is your gain. 800 square foot floating house boat/houseboat for sale. Currently located in the Rigolets Marina 52250 Highway 90, Slidell, LA 70461. Camp can stay in slip where located for annual slip rental fees which include water and electricity, or must be moved at the end of auction. Currently floating in a slip in the Marina, located on the eastern end of Lake Ponchartrain on the Geohagen canal. Drive right up to the dock and walk into camp. Built by contractor in 2005. Exterior is heavy gauge metal and heavily insulated. Camp sustained a few exterior bent places in the metal during Hurricane Katrina. Back deck has bent area from getting hung under the dock during a storm and needs repair. Inside is really nice and clean. Built for and feels just like home. Nice enough to live in. Wired just like a home. Everything in working condition.
