HOUSTON ASTROS RARE 1990 CARL NICHOLS GAME WORN JERSEY WITH RARE 1990 ASTRODOME ANNIVERSARY PATCH. This is a simply PERFECT game worn white " rainbow shoulder " home jersey. This stunning thick white button down jersey features the fancy Astros sewn on front in navy, outlined in white tackle twill (Velcro between the s and t ). Matching star sewn under the left breast. Reverse features matching sewn 28 with individual navy letters sewn on a white plate above, NICHOLS . The Astrodome 25th Anniversary patch on the right sleeve. TAGGING: The standard Goodmans tag is sewn in the collar , size 42. This jersey shows nice use and appears to be in the exact same 100% original condition with original sleeve patch as last worn by Nichols in the Astrodome in 1990 (most of these 1990 rainbow shoulder home jerseys were stripped of the name on back, sleeve patch and sent to the Astros minor league affiliates for additional use, but this one was spared!). All stitching is tight and secure. Y ou'll be hard pressed to find a nicer, perfectly tagged 100% original game worn Carl Nichols jersey in this style (or for that matter any quality player's all original 1990 rainbow shoulder white home jersey with patch). If you collect Astros jerseys, Carl Nichols equipment or great looking and rare styles, this will make a fine addition to your collection.
