HOWARD MILLER, TRIPLE, WESTMINSTER CHIME, BRACKET /MANTEL, THOMAS TOMPION CLOCK ----Working well This is a fine Mantel clock, from Howard Miller, Triple Chime, which includes Westminster Chime, St. Mich. Chime and Whittington Chime. This clock is in great shape. Works well and chimes beautifully. 612-436 Thomas Tompion Mr. Tompion was a founding member of England’s famed Clockmaker’s Guild of the 1630s. Rare olive ash burl facing on the door. Case design is accented with golden decoration. Glass sides and mirrored back reveal the movement. Brass finished dial offers silver chapter ring. Durable bronze bushings. Key-wound, triple chime movement with chime silence option and durable bronze bushings. Finished in Windsor Cherry on select hardwoods and veneers. H. 18-1/4" (46 cm) W. 14-3/4" (37 cm) D. 8-1/4" (21 cm) This fine clock chimes on a 8 rod configuration, using 8 brass hammers. Brass finished dial offers a silver chapter ring, and decorative corner spandrels. Front hinged door with glass, rear square solid door . This case is also raised on 4 wood feet. Durable Bronze bushings. Complete with excellent brass movement made in Germany. Features 3 Named Chimes / Silent lever on front. Clock comes with winding key. Condition excellent.
