HOWDY DOODY BANK Up for bid is a Howdy Doody bank. This bank has been in our family for over 50 years not sure exactly it was my husband's bank when he was real young and he is 57 now. Howdy is riding a pig and stands 7" high. His freckles and bright blue eyes are very charming. The bank slot is on his back. T is an opening in the bottom but not wide enough to remove the money. Condition is great. The colors are bright with no chips, or cracks. Please email if you have any questions. Please pay within 10 days of auction ending. Thanks for looking. We are not sure if this was made by the Shawnee Pottery Company but it is incised U.S.A next to the hole and the colors are very bright and vivid .
