Handpainted Shabby Chic Rose Birdhouse By Sylvia Dominguez Sylvia Dominguez, the artist, has handpainted a charming series of hanging birdhouses. They have a slightly shabby background with beautifully painted roses . She has also added a crystal hanging from the bottom to continue the chic feel. This birdhouse has a soft linen background that has been lightly scrubbed. Sylvia has then painted some sweet roses and leaves on the front as well as all around the roof. She then painted a bluebird sitting amoung the roses on the roof. Edges and Roses were painted in a peachy-pink. Then a peachy-pink bow and a hanging crystal were added to the bottom. The rope hanger was covered in an ivory ribbon. The effect is a charming birdhouse. This sweetheart measures 10 1/2" x 4" and is at the Great Opening Bid of $19.98.
