It is a beautiful rosalene milkglass slipper, handpainted roses on the front and embossed flowers all over it. The artist signed on the bottom, C. Riggs. There is a black stamped portion on bottom that says "FGS (Fenton Gift Shop) Exclusive 2006". The price tag is still attached and I have a Fenton box,
