Traditional 7" bracket braced MENU in the "Demi-Fantaisie" pattern, featuring a "Breton" playing the "Bombarde". A spray of red and blue forget me not and the word "MENU" are above him. Blue sponged on the lightly scalloped outer edge. Uneven and lumpy glaze mostly in back. The condition is good, but it has been used and shows glaze wear on the upper right corner (with small chip) and the bottom of the menu and bracket, the lower part on the front presents pin holes in the glaze (as by scrubbing). Typical HR palette of vibrant colors. Signed in back HR Quimper c.1910. Still a very desirable MENU, which are becoming rare.
