Ladies and gents this listing is for a hard to find copy of Willis C. Campbell's medical reference book "A Text=Book On Orthopedic Surgery". This hardback book was published in 1930 by the W.B. Saunders Company. The book measures 6 1/4" x 9 1/2" x 2" and contains 705 pages. This vintage orthopedic reference has hundreds of period photos and illustrations of various treatments and conditions. This is an amazing book which should appeal to any orthopedic surgeon or medical professional.
Condition-wise the book's binding is very tight, with no loose pages. The green cloth cover has several stains and spots and has very minor wear at the corners. The text has been lightly underlined with a pencil plus t are some notes and observations on the end papers. These can be easily erased as they are extremely light in nature. T are NO ex-library marks, (Stamps, Card Holders, Etc). This book was owned by the Augusta, Georgia doctor Charles Mulherin and does have his name and address inscribed in Ink on the inside cover. T are a few smudges on the title page, (see photo), in the lower RH corner. All in all the book is free from foxing, water stains, or other condition issues.
Price-wise this book is the cheapest on the internet I believe. T is a copy listed for $1503.50!...Most copies are listed for $300.00 and higher, plus shipping of course! My copy is a true bargain, please feel free to shop around and check prices but, I believe you will find that my copy is by far the best deal around. As an extra bonus, my selling price will include free priority shipping to any continental US mailing address.
