We are pleased to offer the sold out, increasingly difficult to find, Limited Edition Fenton Hand painted Burmese "Song Sparrow" GWTW Lamp, ware # 5505 ZP, from the 2002 Connoisseur Collection. The Fenton HP Burmese "Song Sparrow" GWTW Lamp was strictly Limited to 950 signed and numbered pieces, of which ours is #471 of the 950 total. The Fenton logo, LE number, and the Artist and Designer's names are located on the inside rim of the upper globe. When new, five years ago, this lamp retailed for $595.00. With Fenton announcing they are going out of business, the spectacular Limited Edition Burmese Song Sparrow GWTW Lamp is sure to become a treasured heirloom. With No Reserve your opening bid can win! The impressive, hand painted Burmese Lamp is reported to be the largest HP Burmese Lamp made by Fenton, standing an impressive 27-1/2 inches tall and over 10 inches wide. Both globes light and this lamp works perfectly. One of Fenton's greatest achievements, with regard to their hand painted Burmese lamps, could very well be the beautiful LE Burmese HP Song Sparrow GWTW lamp, with its large size, and delightful, hand painted design which compliments a variety of home decor. Stacy Williams created the beautiful, decorative design for this lamp which is appropriately called "Song Sparrow" due to the artfully executed, hand painted depiction of a song sparrow, amidst a splendid drape of hanging berries, flowers, and greenery which adorn the lamp's 2 large Burmese globes. Pure Gold is added to the Burmese glass mix which Fenton's skilled workers use to bring out the coveted blush that Burmese is know and treasured for. The beauty of Fenton's Burmese, with its varying degrees of blush on its smooth yellow-gold base color, provides the perfect canvas for this delightful painted design, and also makes each Burmese piece distinctly unique. Our lamp is in great, preowned condition with no defects, flaws or damage that we can see, or know about. This striking Burmese beauty has not been displayed in our home due to space issues, and has remained securely stored in its original box since its post arrival inspection. We lost many of photos, including those of this lamp, when our PC recently crashed. Those that we used don't due the beauty of the lamp justice, or capture its details as well as we had hoped to. Additional photos of this extraordinary lamp will be available when we can take some new ones outside-when the rains end. Please make any inquiries in time for us to reply to your satisfaction.
