HUDSON OR K5 ENGINE CHASSIS SMOKE IN BOILER TYPE-AMERICAN FLYER NOTE: READ THIS FIRST!!! All parts are Original American Flyer items. They are in used condition and are sold as is. The picture represents the style of the parts but is not the actual items being sold as I have several of each item and can only show 1 picture of a representative part. They are guaranteed to be usable parts for your restoration project. If you have specific questions about the items please email me before you buy ...OTHERWISE I WILL SHIP YOU THE BEST ONE I HAVE....NO RETURNS. THESE ARE USED.....THEY WILL HAVE PLAYWEAR INCLUDING PAINT MISSING, MAYBE SOME LITE RUST, ETC. This auction is for an Original American Flyer HUDSON OR K5 engine chassis assembly. This unit is complete with motor, wiring, wheels and smoke unit. Although these units are NOT TESTED it looks like all components are present and with a normal amount of cleaning and oiling it should run OK. The smoke units, being 50 years old may or may not need work. Smoke fluid and new wick assemblies are available at most parts dealers. Good upgrade for your tired old locomotive. NOTE: The whitewalls on the wheels will generally be in good condition...BUT t will occasionally be a chassis with a crack or chip out of the whitewall.
