This Auction is for a Magnificent Antique Copper Candy Kettle/Pot with Iron Handles. Marked on the Pot is "NO. 2 THOS. MILLS & BROS. PHILA 1901 N 8th ST". From the little I could find out, Thomas Mills & Bros. were either Manufactures or Distributors of Candy making items in Philadelphia, PA established in 1863. A Huge Kettle Measuring 15" in diameter not including the handles and 7" deep. It weighs 8 1/2 Pounds! Copper Rivets hold the Iron handles securely in place to this day! An exceptional Primitive Copper Kettle! Worthy of ANY Collection! Other than minimal wear, this Items is in Great Condition! Free of Damage! I believe it is dovetailed around the base of the Pot!
