You are bidding on the following: A HUGE 10,000+ Lot of Collectible Matchbooks dating from the 1930s to the 1960s, many are from the WWII period and a lot of them are from or are relating to Maryland Most of these feature advertisements for various companies like Life Savers, Pepboys, Tums, JELL-O, Vicks, various hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and t are a ton featuring Navy Planes and the U.S. Naval Air Station. T are plenty of rare and obscure matchbooks in this lot and are great for dealers and collectors. T are so many that it is impossible for me to show you all of them. The picture featured in this auction is just a sampling. Most books are missing the matches and the strikers. A fantastic buy for the serious collector!
