This circa 1930's hand crafted vintage Mexican Silver Bracelet has some of the biggest, yummiest and most beautiful deep purple Amethyst you'll ever find! The stones are in a bezel setting and surrounded by beautiful and ornate deep repousse silver work. It is a large wide bracelet measuring 6 7/8 inches long by 1 3/4 inches wide - the amethyst stones measure 1 1/8 inches long by 7/16 inch wide. The stones have a unique cut (see pictures) with a rounded rectangular shape. The silver repousse work shows a master silversmiths talents and is very ornate with great detail. It has developed a lovely patina that further highlights the beauty of this very fine work. Hallmarked with raised letters Silver Mexico, the absence of the eagle stamp dates the bracelet to the 1930's to early 1940's. The push in clasp holds tight and the bracelet is in good original condition with no damage or repair. The stones are a gorgeous color and tightly set (one very minor flea bite in one stone that it take a loupe to see). A masterpiece of fine design, materials and workmanship, this extraordinary bracelet is a true work of Art!
