FOR AUCTION: A 26.92 GRAMS HUGE & HEAVY CHUNK (of at least) 20K 'DENTAL GOLD' (Coin Shaped Bar - from procedure done in 1980). PHOTOS ACTUALLY GIVE ALL INFO NEEDED AS I DIDN'T HAVE THIS TESTED VIA "ACID" ALONE HERE... THO ACID HOLDS WELL. PLEASE SEE PICTURES...This was my Grandmothers whole bottom row... she had a procedure done before this one and needed another. This is her 'bottom row'... needed it redone im pretty sure because of 'copper content' from the karated gold but it caused her allergies. So, this bar is sure to have MINIMAL copper content (if any). Thought I might add that detail.My Grandfather gave me all the scraps. A LOT OF HEAVY GOLD (only in the shape of ACTUAL TEETH :/ - - -). The place I took it to located a 'white looking piece' I had in the bag and tested a dust sample taken from the piece before it all got smelted together. It was gold smothered so I had to melt it in. But i was fine with it knowing it wasn't very big at all, and Platinum at that. (Again, not very big, but still... that detail should be known).So this Bar/Coin Shaped Nugget DOES Contain some Platinum.I had this bars contents professionally analyzed, assayed, and smelted personally long ago for the purpose of one day perhaps selling, and here I am. Such good people there... they even made a star on my other bar for the sake of it being my Grandma' s and I requested it (that's how you get a 'repeat customer'...).So, as shown in photos, you can see the test results for yourself after final assay. To give the most exact purity, I was told this bar ws 84% pure (not the standard 83.3% that the "standard 20K" would be. It's a bit more... "Dental Gold" is usually NEVER 'on point'. But this is a bit more than it's suggested stamp as tested... (see the test pictured as well.). So it works in favor. Not complaining...Again, see test results... stamp however, was the best one accurate toward it's application so it was used (I did not have a say in that). BACKGROUND :Again, This Gold Bar was the teeth from the inside of my grandmothers mouth. She had her dental work done in 1980. She NEEDED extremely high purity as she had reactions to anything less than 18k and didn't want to take any chances with her mouth I assume, otherwise, this would've been 18k or under. She clearly "added some security" here for herself... (as I definitely would do the same if i could...). And YES, 14k gold actually would even make her skin react!! It was known...She has since passed. When she did, my Grandfather knew I was into precious metals and stuff so he left it all to me to do whatever with... but I still found it a bit disturbing to touch them. Actually, I was pretty grossed out to be 100% about it... :/SOoo, I kept all of it in the bag and brought it to a professional place that could melt it into one solid piece, professionally assay it and all that good stuff... well worth the cost to have done. They were really some good people there... I cannot say enough 'good' about them.Nevertheless, I figured I'd one day learn how to process PGM's myself one day to extract the Platinum in pure form here. Never did. Had a baby (who is now almost 3) instead and simply never had the time to learn since...Today I have no use for this really. I can process Gold well. I can process Silver well. But I still don't know a thing about processing PGM's (Platinum Group Metals) at all, and don't want to even take a chance messing up, God forbid losing anything on this so, it just sits with me here... time for it to go to someone who knows how to handle this right.That said, it's now up to the highest bidder to enjoy it's spoils. And when you get it out of this, please, all I ask is just shoot me a message to just tell me how much was there. I'd LOVE to know...My Grandma was VERY allergic and sensitive so wasn't able tolerate A LOT, and had A LOAD of dental issues as a result. Clearly.
