Huge Collage Lot ~300+ Ephemera~Vintage Wedding Photos~1940s Ads Vintage Greeting Cards~Bridge Tallies~Postcards~BIRDS+ For all your altered art, altered book, collage, craft, decoupage, scrapbook, crafting, or collecting needs! While t's plenty of variety to keep everybody happy, this lot has a BIRD focus. Lot of the greeting cards have birds on them (bluebirds, etc.) the books have birds in them, 2 of the Meyercord decals have birds, a few of the bridge tallies, postcards, and some other misc. stuff have birds. I take requests, so if you want a lot with a particular theme, let me know. 21 photos from the early 1900s (or late 1800s) to the 1950s, Fair to excellent condition. Lots are matted. 1950s bride and groom; tinted bridal party, 1940s, I think; dog; little girl in front of fireplace; 2 boys; man in suit; wallet size portrait shot of woman; pals; older gal pals; couples; man and woman with baby; cute baby in white dress; fancily dressed husband, wife, and son; woman in fur coat and very ornate hat; Grandma; little girl with toddler sibling; 2 couples all dressed up; portrait of woman, etc. 30 vintage greeting cards, (24 of them with birds--bluebirds, rooster, chicks, duck, doves) mostly used and unused, some original envelopes, 1920s, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s. Bordering on fair to excellent condition. Most with graphics on at least 2 sides, embellished, booklet type, fabric, feathers, "cut out" windows, glitter, die cut, ribbon, heavy cardstock, pop-out, shiny paper, some with handwritten letters. Occasions include: Birthday, Easter, Get Well, Wedding, Anniversary, Thinking of You, first anniversary, Christmas, husband, Birthday Wife, Birthday husband, Thank you, Anniversary wife, Birthday brother, Birthday Grandma, Birthday four-year-old, Belated anniversary. Brands include: Marchant; An American Greeting Card; The Wishing Well; Nat'l PTG Co.; A Norcross Card, New York; American Greetings; A Gibson Card, Gibson, Cinti, USA; Mastercraft Greeting Cards; Hallmark; A-Meri-Card; Greetings; A Hallmark Card; A Barker Card. 2 Victorian calling cards in good condition, 1 with a stork. 21 postcards (one is a postcard folder) in good to excellent condition. 2 linen, 4 Victorian and the rest chrome. 2 with Birds. Congratulations; Best Wishes; Hearty Greetings; Carlsbad Caverns, New Mexico; a few Utah including Hole 'n the Rock; Colorado; Crater Lake, Oregon; Dolphins at Sea World; MA; CT; etc. 20+ color, two-color, and black and white illustrations, photos and ads from the 1940s and 1950s--mostly 1940s. half of them have images of women and half have men. 23 vintage bridge tallies from 1920s (11 with birds--swans & bluebirds) to the 1950s in fair to excellent condition: very cool Art Deco lady with a peacock that I think was supposed to be a bridge tally that never got imprinted on the back, tho it could be a bookmark; dogs, flowers, houses, bluebirds, lamb, cornucopia, etc. 10 Meyercord decals from the 1970s and possibly 1980s. These are all quite large and have 1 to 7 decals per sheet. One (1517-F) has 2 cars--Ford 1910 and Cadillac 1910; 1504-A is 2 Revolutionary War men; 1535-A has a General Store theme with people, etc.; 1531-A is town scenes with people, etc.; 1532-A has a little boy in one tub and little girl in another, and some animals; 1541-A is vegetables; 1517-A; man playing various musical instruments, 1530-A; Train, 1517-B; fruit and flowers, 1505-A; patriotic, 1534-A. These look nothing like the 1940s and 1950s style Meyercord decals. 2 Meyercord decals: from the 1940s or 1950s with a blue and pink swan and the other is a colorful bird 4 NOS arcade cards from the 1940s with women on them 4 stamped and postmarked envelopes (1910, 1911) filled with business correspondence to the Lancaster County Nurseries in Pennsylvania . 25 vintage placemats from restaurants in fair to very good condition.
