This exceptional crystal is a shining star with a struly majestic presence. This magnificent crystal,
from the Diamantina region of Brazil, is a huge and singular
crystalline entity
with stunning clarity
and spectacular luster.
This twin crystal growth
is a gleaming smoky quartz
covered with
fascinating hieroglyph etchings. T is an enchanting castle growth on the taller segment and a window among the facets. The lower segment is capped with mini terminations among a growth interference surface. A third partial crystal with a self healed base has grown diagonally into
one side of the lower shaft of the twin.
Close examination will reveal
a few small empathy nicks
on the upper termination
of the dominant facet and "pockmarks" on the dominant facet of
the lower segment.
This exceptional crystal is
9 1/8" tall,
spanning 6" across and 3 1/2" wide. The taller segment is 8 3/4" long; the shorter segment is 6" tall. The weight is a colossal
