You are bidding on a beautiful shiny gold nugget which has a loop at one end to hand and wear as a pendant, for someone who really wants to show up their Mother-in-law or to go one step further than keeping up with the Jones's. This is a solid investment, and beautiful piece of jewelry, and a very nice bobble to put on display. With gold's recent rise, it's clear that this is one item that won't go down in value. Many experts are predicting that gold will soon hit $1,500 an ounce. 31.1 grams = 1 troy ounce 12 troy oz.= 1 troy pound. I have set a modest reserve price, but you can still get this great value at a reasonable price. As it was told to me, this was apparently remelted at a gold foundry, which explains the loop.
