House is very clean, colors bright and t is no breakage, chips or cracks on dollhouse. Dollhouse was always used indoors and only taken outside to take picture. House served as many purposes. It was a great bookcase, toy storage (displayer) as well as a dollhouse. Your child is sure to get endless hours of enjoyment out of this very roomy dollhouse. Very durable and sturdy, excellent Little Tikes quality, you can't go wrong. What a wonderful dollhouse! I WILL OFFER THIS FOR LOCAL PICKUP OR I WILL SHIP THRU UPS.
