Wonderful long, chunky vintage Cherry Amber BAKELITE (tests positive with Simichrome polish) necklace. The necklace is comprised of 43 orbs ranging in size from approximately 3/4" to a a whopping 1 1/4" long by 7/9" wide center stone!! The overall length of the necklace is 33 inches. The bakelite pieces are strung on old thread. Although I do not believe that they have been re-strung, I am guessing that the string was cut at one time and the clasp was added to form a double strand from the original long single strand however, I do not know for certain.
