Upfor auction is this huge lot of vintage Christmas houses, etc., for Putz scenes or a model RR.
T are 38 houses Ifive made of wood; the rest cardboard); 13 trees and 25 pieces of Plasticville scenery (19 trees, 5 fence sections, one bridge).
Largest houses are 4 inches tall and 6 inches wide; smallest houses are 2 inches by 2 inches; T are 13 trees -- some bottle brush; some plastic -- tallest is 10 inches, smallest is 3 inches.
They are likely from the 1940s through 60s, is my best educated guess.
My wife and I used to sell vintage and antique Christmas stuff for a living, but our recent divorce has left me with some inventory I plan to clear out over the next couple of weeks. I'll be selling scores of vintage decorations.
These do have some condition issues with torn windows, but they are mostly in good to very good vintage condition. See photos below for details (I supersized!) They measure from 2 to 4.5 inches high. Many are all stamped Made in Japan or Japan on the bottom, and some have the orignal price tags.
$9.95 starting bid. No reserve! Bid high, bid often. These are nice.
I always combine shipping onmultiple-item orders to save you $$$.
While my feedback shows only (20), I am an experienced eBay seller and former Power Seller under the moniker "shore-things", but I gave up that account in the recent (mostly amicable) divorce, though you're welcome to check out that feedback (More than 1,500 positives) to see that I've done this a lot.
Please e-mail with any questions. My shipping calculators are accurate, and I ship within 5 business days of receiving payment. I will rush shipments per request for an additional handling fee.
I pack REAL WELL -- like a pro -- but insurance is always recommended with expensive breakables, though always optional. I will not be responsible for breakage of uninsured items. But again, let me assure you, I always pack very well.
I prefer PayPal (I pay all the fees), but will accept money orders or cashiers checks. NO PERSONAL CHECKS! All Sales Final, unless grossly misrepresented, which I'd never do.
Thanks for looking, and have a splendid day.
