An Exceptional Lot of Dollhouse Miniatures plus bonus books!! There are over 120 items in this lot and there is a little bit of everything, from new to used and from orchids to beds to canned food. First, I am not a dollhouse collector so I have very little knowledge of brands and value. I did a little research and have priced accordingly but am hoping that this is an incredible deal for the right collector. I would say that virtually everything here is in great shape. There might be a thing or two that has a very small chip (I think a tiny ceramic bear has an almost unnoticeable chip and there may be a few things you see, as a collector, that I don't. BUT, I strive to describe as accurately as possible and have found with over 120 items to list I cannot inspect every corner of every item. I came across this collection at an estate sale in which I bought tubs of fabric. The lady whose collection this belonged to had tucked these things into these tubs and therefore became mine to pass on to you! I thought everything was much to cute to get rid of. I am also going to include a few books on "miniatures" that I found in the fabric too.
