A large lot of 24 small photo holders from the Hallmark Family Tree Collection. T are a few other frames included in this lot from Lenox, Russ, Carr, and other designers. They were displayed for about a year and then packed away. With the new USPS rate changes the size of the box makes a huge difference. If the box is larger than 1 cubic foot, it has a balloon rate surcharge. If shipping seems high -- it's only because the post office has gone crazy. Do you think this new DIMENSIONAL weight shipping is unfair? Do something! Contact Postal Consumer Affairs . Please ask questions that the description and photos do not answer about the item.
