This auction is for a huge lot of vintage 1920's Emeralite spare parts. This lot includes a very rare Emeralite Architects clamping lamp with an extending arm with a reach of approx 26". Please note that all of these parts have had the brass replated and polished to a bright shine. I have listed all of the parts and condition below... Emeralite Architect's Extending lamp w/clamp . It is complete with the exception of one knuckle wingnut and the Emeralite nameplate. The base is very dented which seems to be causing the base knuckle to be off slightly. It can probably be banged back into alignment though it will still lock in place OK if you replace the missing brass wingnut to lock the arm onto the base. One Emeralite arm with shade bracket. The knuckle is complete with a bolt, washer and wingnut. The arm is approx 9" long. The condition is excellent though the shade bracket is missing one "press in and up" shade clamp. The bracket does not have an Emeralite nameplate. Four Emeralite Wire Diffuser Holders. All excellent condition. Two Sockets with round Shade clamps and pull chains. They are both in excellent condition though they are missing tops. Two small square center pole pieces. The condition of both is excellent. The measure approx 1 1/2" by 1/2". Three Brass Pull Chains. One knuckle piece. Excellent condition, measures approx 2 1/4". All pieces have been replated and polished to a glossy shine. Take a look through my other items as I will be listing a colorfull repro 1920 Emeralite Lamp Catalog. I would like to adjust my description a bit. I have received numerous questions about the Architects lamp which I have described as being "very dented". The dent is on the back of the base so tfore if the lamp is clamped onto a desk and you are looking at it from the front or from either side, you would not see the dent. From those angles the lamp and base would look perfect. You would only notice the dent if you are standing behind the desk or looking at the lamp from the back. It is dented, "very dented" may be a bit of an overstatement. If you would like close up photos of the base, please send me your email address and I will send you some. Once a bid is placed, I cannot add pictures. As Emeralite collectors know, the Architects extending Emeralite is among the most rarest varieties and generally sells in the $400 area. Though this one is dented and is missing a wingnut, all of the items including the architects lamp have been replated and polished to a glossy shine. The replating alone cost me much more than the opening bid on this entire lot of spare parts!
