As a sample, I removed a dozen or so various decals from the wax paper envelopes & most looked okay to me - however, I am not a collector so my okay and yours may be different. Please use 'mouse over' option to see details. The wax paper envelopes are fragile & brittle due to age and show evidence of having been stored for many years (cobwebs etc). For most of the ones I opened, the envelope was stuck to the decal to some extent - just the edges for some, and a good portion of the decal for others. The decals were in varied conditions - some looked okay, some had color removal on the edge or bits of the envelopes remaining on them - not sure if there is a method to read more
