This is a beautiful huge and I mean huge (he weighs over 11 lbs all by himself) black mohair artist growler bear! He measures a little over 30" tall and is created by the wonderfully gifted bear artist Karen Meer, The Mad Hatted Bear. His mohair is pure pitch black and very luxurious, soft thick and wavy. He has black shoe button eyes with some red felt behind them and his nose ad mouth are hand stitched in chocolate brown. He has a growler in his belly that will growl a nice long growl when he is turned over. His paw pads are of smooth soft brown leather and he has brown claws hand stitched on his paws. His bottom paw pad measures 8" long alone! He a wonderful replica of an old antique toy teddy bear with prominent hump on his back. He is one of the greatest bears I have been able to own. Please note that the Windsor chair he is sitting in, is a regular adult size chair and he fills it quite nicely. He is in immaculate, pristine condition, and comes from a smoke-free private collection. He comes only with artist sewn tag on his back with date of creation (2007).
