Expertly Carved Huge Pre Ban Elephant Ivory Bangle Bracelet. This item was purchased in the 1970s from a large estate auction of a wealthy couple in Walla Walla, Washington. I purchased this item and other beautiful Ivory pieces which I have enjoyed viewing in my collection for many years. This bangle measures 1 inch wide and is convex in shape. The Bangle is oval so it sits nicely on the wrist. The outside dimensions are 9 3/8 inches in circumference and the inside measures 7 1/2 inches in circumference. The entire bangle has been lovingly carved with 2 large dragons with 14k eyes. The background has been carved with intricate vines or purhaps moving water.
