Up for your consideration is a Huge Superb Lot of CHICAGO Illinois Postcards!!! This is my Chicago postcard collection I am sadly parting with!! I wish I could capture what is all but I can't!!! T is an abundance of Chicago history !!! T are street views, hotels, restaurants, country club, schools, hospitals, parks, old building landmarks, Marshall Field's, WGN, advertising, railroad and depots, airport, and so so much more!!! An outstanding group of Chicago history !!! Also included are 2 old Chicago booklets, one is an old Chicago Tour Postcard Folder and the other is an old hardbound Chicago small booklet all of old Chicago landmarks!! These 2 are old and a bit tattered but need to be included in the lot!! Most postcards are from the prelinen era (1907 and up to the linen era 1950's) with about only 10% being in the chrome era with most in really good shape!!!!!!
To make my auctions fun and fair, I will start out the bid at 99 cents on this auction!!!! Neat lot of Chicago history!!! I am slowing sadly giving up a portion of my postcard collection so I can concentrate on just a few of my most favorite categories, so check back in the next few weeks as I will be selling off a portion of my collection ( I have lots of lots I will be parting with!!!) Email me if you have any specific categories or states or towns, and I will see what I can do to help or list for you!! Shipping will be $6.50. I DO combine shipping, I do at no or little additional cost depending on the lots won! Thanks! I ship my postcards and paper items in protective cardboard and then secured in a manila envelope to insure no damage in shipping!! Very carefully packaged and shipped!!!! Please note that most of the postcards and paper items I sell are VINTAGE that means OLD (early to mid 1900's) and reflect the age, if t is damage beyond what the photos show, it will be clearly stated. I accept cashiers checks, money orders, and personal checks (t is a wait to clear bank) I will also accept Paypal. Please consider my auction.
