's one old pen every serious pen collector should include in their collection. I have never seen one this BIG! I am sure it must be a salesman's sample. Being a piston filler and by the style I would guess age at around 1930s or 40s. It is 6 1/4" long capped, 7" posted and the cap is an incredible 1 inch in diameter! The only marking I can see is New Clip on the clip. The nib is marked Warranted Iridium. The pen looks unused but I am sure it never was intended for use. It appears to be fully functional with the addition of a piston washer. Condition is very good. No cracks or chips, just minor shelf wear. Clip and cap band are excellent. Unknown if metal parts are gold plated.
