This is an ALASKAN NATIVE AMERICAN HANDICRAFT and per Ebays rules will only ship in the USA Old scrimshaw on Huge Natural Ivory Walrus Tusk by famed scrimshander Nicolai Volovik and he has signed it on the lower rite. This is guaranteed to be the real thing, NO fakeshaw, faux ivory or Museum replicas , I only sell the real deal! And as always it starts at .99 with NO reserve, so everyone has a chance. And dont forget what a fantastic and original Christmas present this would make! This tusk is has some of the best scrimshaw I have seen, the details are just incredible and beleive me when I say that the photos just dont do this one justice!!. You can see things on the back of the ship like the sheild with the coat of arms and even each window frame, I tried to put in some nice close-ups of this. The Tusk/Tooth is in excellent condition having no unatural chips, cracks or breaks and no repairs and has a nice patina. T are a couple of small natural age cracks and chips at the entrance to the root cavity, but this is how the tusk was found in its natural state. The tusk measures about 14" in length X 2" accross & 6" circumfrence of the base and it weighs 15.8 ounces/450 grams. It's getting increasingly hard to find these larger size scrimshaws so dont miss your chance to add this one to your collection. Please see pictures for exact
