view my other auctions below: visit my entire auction showcase Description Beautiful Ancient Egyptian Wood Tomb Burial Box in the shape of a Cartouch with Incised hieroglyphics 21âex10âe x10âe Your looking at a wonderful auction for an unusual ancient egyptian wooden box which was most likely part of funerary tomb equipment~ The box is missing the front panel, shaped like a cartouch the box has incised hieroglyphics and cartouches along the outside. Wooden pegs or dowels are seen holding the base to the body of the box.
