Please see my other quality auctions running at this time. Please, Please read my feedback. I guarantee what I advertise is what you get. I however, do not take pieces back for buyers remorse. I describe all of the aspects of my pieces. I do not marked any piece as pawn or museum quality unless I have proof of this. I have sold many pieces that w resold on Ebay as pawn or museum quality. To state the above one would need written proof that it was pawn or that it was a museum. These terms are thrown around to get larger prices from the public. Look at the quality of the work and who is selling the piece. In my opinion the best Indian dealers on Ebay do not use these terms unless they have significant proof that the item is pawn or from a museum. According to the Indian Act that covers Indian handmade pieces one cannot knowing sell non Indian items as Indian. I have the expertise to know what is Indian and what is not. Most pieces made before the fifties w not marked as to maker and many not to silver content. I have never had a piece returned because it was not Indian. I am a blooded Indian and Ebay's rule that you must name the maker of the piece if you list it as made after 1935 is not what the law states. It states that you knowingly cannot sell pieces that are not Indian as Indian and that you must use your resources to make sure what you state is true. The largest Indian dealers do not name the makers in most cases because the makers name is unknown and some also object to Ebay's translation of this federal act. Ebay has not removed their items but has forced many smaller dealer to list their items in other areas, so now the buyer has to look at multiply listing catagories to find pieces of Indian jewerly. This is a vintage completely handmade piece.
