it is Hull collectors! Up for auction is this stunning example of the famous Hull Wolf Grease Jar from the well-known Little Red Riding Hood collection. We proudly offer this piece with NO RESERVE! This piece is in very good condition overall. It does have a hairline, which is visible both inside and out of the bowl (see pictures below). This hairline does not detract from the overall beauty of the piece. The bowl does exhibit some wear from use. The lid is exceptionally nice with no chips, cracks or crazing. Even the Wolf himself has survived intact. It is widely accepted that the Hull Pottery Company patented this popular kitchenware line but a major part of it was actually decorated by the Regal China Company. This piece is marked " U.S.A. " on the bottom. This piece is listed in the Twenty-fourth Edition (2006) of Schroeder's Antiques Price Guide on page 301. In perfect condition it books between $750.00 and $850.00 .
