Offered is a strapping Goebel Classic: A Towering 7-1/2 inches in height, KNITTING LESSON, Hummel 256, TMK 5, the Last Bee trademark, produced from 1972-1980. This model is an offshoot of SCHOOL GIRLS, Hum 177, which has always been a best seller. These two delve in this handicraft, almost a lost art by today's standards. This particular model is now OUT OF PRODUCTION as of 1999, so the Estimated Worth will only increase. In Robert Miller's No. 1 Hummel Price Guide in this version is valued at $550-$575.00. KNITTING LESSON is Certainly Best of Show, with no chips, crazing or repairs. I will include a custom made gift box and FREE insurance with the shipping costs.
