Another Goebel memorable edition is SPRING DANCE, Hummel 353/0. This is the small version of this model which dates back to the 1970's. The 1970's was the big expansion of Hummel sales in the US. SPRING DANCE put Goebel in full swing, and these two dancers were also featured in the fabulous "RING AROUND THE ROSIE" a very exquisite sculpture! SPRING DANCE measures about 5-1/4 inches tall, is in VERY GOOD condition, no chips or repairs, just a few lines of crazing. The original Goebel label reading "Spring Dance" still is intact.
