Spotlighted is the Goebel Classic: BOOKWORM, HUM 8, the venerable TMK 2 trademark (large BLACK BEE), perhaps next in line after the Crown mark. At 5 inches, BOOKWORM has inched along to the large 3/III version and is part of a Bookends set. This Hummel was first designed by Arthur Moeller in 1935, and continues to be a highlighter. How typical of a young girl to bury her head in a book, or spend hours at the library.
