These are charming and quite rare Hummel/Goebel figures which date back to between 1935 and 1945. They come from the first collection of Berta Hummel’s designs for the Goebel factory. The girl (30./0 B) has the full crown on the back which dates it from the late 30s to the 50’s. T is also a number 27, a red H, and a black stamp “ Germany ” The boy (30.0) has a red H, the number 92, a black “ Germany stamp”. T is not visible crown on the back, but both were purchased about 1941. The backs do show some wear, after hanging on a wall for nearly 70 years. To my knowledge, these items have never been cleaned other that dusting, T are no obvious chips or damage to the figures. They have lived together for almost 70 years, and cannot bear to be separated; hence they are being sold as a pair. Stands are not included. Buyer will pay shipping charges including insurance .
