This is in antique Hummel figurine called the Celestial Musician. The little boy is playing a violin and he is also an angel. He stands 7" tall and the base is 2 1/2" wide. It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. The boy is also wearing an old fashioned sachel. The back of the figurine says, "M. J. Hummel" and the date of 1948 is written on the bottom. The celestial musician sticker is still intact on its side. The bottom has the Hummel hallmark along with the letter "A" and the number 188 in one spot and a 23 in another spot.
