's an excellent Hummel/Goebel collectible for your bidding pleasure.
This is "Signs Of Spring" figurine #203, with all of the various TMK1 hallmarks on the base.
In German, the title is "Fruhlingsidyll". It's a charming figurine, depicting a young girl wearing a polka dotted red kerchief and blue apron, wearing only one shoe. She's leaning on a fence having a stimulating conversation with a bluebird.
As for the hallmarks, t's the "M.I. Hummel with a © mark and the GW mark impressed onto the back edge of the base.
On the bottom of the base we see a © W.Goebel stamp in script in blue ink at the top, the impressed number 203 in the center, a black ink Germany stamp at the bottom, and the famous impressed large Full Bee over V hallmark in blue, with a large (R) next to it.
It's in absolutely beautiful condition :
