The slipcase is in very good condition with some scrapes and bumps on the corners. The cover has some bumping around the edges, and the gold gilt on the spine is not bright. There is also a two-inch crack along the spine on the front cover. The pages inside are in very good condition with no remarkable defects. There is gold gilt on the page edges.
