Simply stunning example of an Ibanez RG-517, beautiful Metallic Purple Sparkle, its a 570 really, Ibanez decided to call their sparkle finishes RG-517's, nil difference other than the paint job ! they came in Green / Blue / Purple & Silver ........... very cool, no dings etc. to the front / back / sides, any marks you think you can see are light reflection only, this guitar is a pig to photograph as under artificial light - she turns a bluey/silver ! very very Cool !!!! Some serious upgrades here too inc. a brand new Lo Pro Trem £199( still the best ) a new Dimarzio Tone Zone in the bridge & a new Dimarzio Satriani Mo'Joe in the Neck position £150 ............. the original Ibanez single coil still in the middle position, obviously original 5 way switching as per Ibanez spec. this pick-up combo is at home shredding or country twanging in tune all day long thanks to the Lo Pro. Frets still 100% life, recently set up by luthier Steve Robinson, This Guitar has been nothing more than wall decoration this past 2 years, I simply don't play 'her' or at all currently due to torn ligaments in my elbow/s - the plan is pay for private surgery hence the sale of this awesome Guitar ! Here's the not so good bit - not got a case hence collection in person - I'm near Manchester however - not all is lost, feel free to send me your case and I will read more
