Computer machined of satin-finished nickel-brass tubing to exact specifications of the film original with die-cast metal components and plastic fittings. It was hand assembled using references provided by Lucasfilm Ltd by a plethora of skilled Hollywood artisans and craftsmen in the U.S.A.
