Nice blue and white with florals quilt made in 1932 by Lucy c. Weston, a real prize winner, looks like it was made and then packed away and never used. Nice piece of early 20thc Americana. All meticulously hand quilted in feather stitch in circles and diamonds with applique floral baskets. Light weight batting, blue self fabric binding edge and backed in white cotton. Excellent uncleaned as found condition with yellow oxidation along fold line and some yellow foxing marks scattered here and there again from storage, very strong and will hold up to a cleaning.
