Hello and welcome to my action! Today for listing is a gorgeous black haired Ideal P-93 Toni doll from the early 1950s with her original dress, shoes and undies!Just look at that beautiful face! Rosy cheeks, red lips and pretty sparkling blue eyes that open and close as they should. There is a light scratch on one eye though but it's not that noticeable. She has smokey gray eye shadow, a little is rubbed off on her left eye and a little repaint to the tip of her nose. This Toni has the most gorgeous black wavy hair and it's nice and long. There is so hair lose (which happens to almost every Toni doll) but there is a lot of hair still there. No hair cuts!! Her body and limbs are in nice condition and she is strung nice and tight with her original rubber band that's still in wonderful shape. There are some light joint wear, which is common, but none can be seem when she is dressed.She is dressed in her original yellow and red dress that's still bight with no fading and no rips or tears. It still has the original elastic in the sleeves though they have relaxed just a little bit. The only flaw I can find on the dress is a small run in the ribbon by the hem on the front (please see photo). This can be repaired but its not that distracting. The tag is long gone but remnants of it can still be seen in the back waist. Her original undies are also in great shape with the original elastic still stretchy. Her shoes are in nice shape for their age but do have some wear as can be in the photos, mostly on the bottom. The front of both shoes have been reglued but can only be seen from the bottom. She has new socks and a new red ribbon in her hair.Overall this Toni doll is in fantastic shape for her age and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!! She is not mint and not listed as such but is still beautiful!My house is smoke free though I do not know the full history of the doll.
