IDEAL 1950'S FIX-IT FUN HARBOR LAUNCH and Original Box VERY RARE 5.5x15x6" tall box contains 14" long hard plastic take-apart boat. Box is designed with die-cut areas on top to punch out for store display. Ideal made a series of Fix-It take apart toys in the 1950s. This one has original box and a lot of the parts although a few are missing, see list below. Windshield is in great condition no cracks and only slight yellowing. There is a working compass on the dash and has the steering wheel. Previous listings I have researched, most of these boats are missing a lot of their parts. This one has quite a few present. The Box has had the die-cut area punched out, but it is present. One end of the box is missing and there is tape present on both the top and bottom of the box. See pictures for details. The box shows on the back all the original parts that it came with. Base on this picture this boat is missing the following: 1 Belaying Pin, 1 Flag, and 1 screw that holds on horn. The following items are included but damaged. Belaying pin is broken. Ladder is missing one part of hanger, Horn is broken, but both parts are there. Air Filter is missing pin that holds it onto the motor and screw holes that hold motor head onto the engine seem stripped out. Motor head sits on top and screws are present.
