Illinois Antique Gold Pocket Watch circa 1910!

This watch is solid 14 karat gold and dates back to 1910. It belonged to my late grandfather. I have kept it for over 20 years. I am willing to part with this for a reasonable low starting bid! The watch has roman numerals on the face and says Ilinois. The back and top case cover is beautifully engraved with lillies and a scroll tablet. (reminds one of the ten commandments!) The case opens and locks with a push of the winding knob. The watch cannot be set to the correct time! This is a winding watch and I don't know which style this is called? The watch has been polished and shows light sratches inside the case. The outer case is prestine and shines like new. This watch needs repairs! I wound it and it ticks and tells time in a 3 O'clock setting I can't set it to the current time. It has a mind of it's own!
