LOT 85 Seller's Estimate: USD 100 - 500 Illinois Bunn Special 21J 16S OF LS DMK RJS Adj. Temp. & 6 Pos. DR Pocket Watch No. 3568060 with a DSD and in a white SF&B I.W.C. Co. Supreme Case No. 5616922. The watch is running at this time. Condition Report: The back of the case is heavily scuffed. The DSD has hairlines. The watch is running at this time. Sells as is, where is. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and arranging for shipping and delivery with the seller. In the event a buyer initiates litigation against THAC for any reason, then buyer agrees to reimburse THAC for reasonable attorney's fees and/or costs incurred in any such action. In the event THAC is required to initiate litigation and/or collection actions against a buyer, then the buyer agrees to reimburse THAC for reasonable attorney fees and/or costs incurred in any such action, and further agrees jurisdiction shall be in Marshall County, Iowa. Any action in regard to this agreement or arising out of its terms and conditions may be instituted and litigated in the Iowa District Court for Marshall County, Iowa. Bidder and/or purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of such court and agrees service of process as provided by the statutes and rules of procedure of Iowa shall be sufficient.
