ILLINOIS POCKET WATCH SANTA FE SPECIAL- TRIPLE SIGNED. This is probably the most desirable and difficult to find in this excellent condition. Excellent dial, movement and case; all signed "Santa Fe Special". I have seen many of this rare example, but none in this excellent to near mint overall condition. Extremely collectible and desirable. Clean, running and very desirable. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: Double sunk white porcelain original Montgomery dial marked with the Logo signature: "Santa Fe/Special". This dial is extremely rare for many reasons; the first is that this dial is free of hairlines, the next is that this dial was produced only for this model. MOVEMENT: Sixteen size, open face, lever set, gilt trimmed, all screw down jewel settings, marked: "Santa Fe/Special", "Adjusted to Temperature/and/Positions", "21 Jewels", 14k center wheel, #3,457,492. This movement is bright colored without any fading, blemish, rust or distraction. Clean, running and accurate. CASE: Excellent original yellow gold filled screw back and bezel open face case marked: "Santa Fe/Special" w/Victorian initials on back. Please not this mark with the image provided.
