In 1997 Paolo Rossetti created the Fossil or Fossile Cup for the Illy Collection. Because of its unique design it has become one of the most sought after individual cups and belongs in every serious Illy collector's collection. I have listed this cup as used - although it appears new - since I don't have the box or any of the paperwork that goes with it. However, I am selling the cup and saucer for less than half of what most sellers want for the complete package, so if it is the cup in which you are interested, this is a real deal. If you are familiar with this cup, you know the carvings and overall texture are amazing and well worth the price I am asking.
